First you ll want to get the pontoon out of the water and onto dry land and make a base for it to sit on the ground or in a garage if you are luckier than we were.

This will mean it will be far easier to pull up even if stuck on fast with glue.

Remove all of the seating first then the bimini top and then the rails.
Day 3 install new carpet on boat put boat back together clean up and vacuum.
Pull up the carpet grabbing it by the sides and working your way around the perimeter until it is completely freed from the floor.
Spray some glue over a small area at the center of the deck and unroll the carpet enough to glue the center down.
Day 2 finish removing carpet from all parts cut new carpet and install on parts at shop.
